McDonald's is the most popular fast food chain among adult consumers who eat fast food at least once a month. How could McDonald’s generate more revenue in an increasingly mobile world? By creating a highly customizable food ordering platform for use in 119 markets worldwide. We took the timeless heritage of the brand and facilitated componentized experiences that allow all global franchisees to configure the app to serve their over 7 million app users.
