As creative lead for Shoe Carnival's digital transformation, I helped reimagine the experience for both the business and its customers. Leveraging Salesforce Composable Commerce, we created a scalable, modular platform that gave internal teams greater autonomy and speed in managing campaigns, merchandising, and content. At the same time, the redesigned experience simplified product discovery and checkout, making it easier for Shoe Carnival's core customers to shop with confidence and efficiency.

Headless Commerce + Modular Design: Launch Faster, Personalize Smarter, Scale Better
My team created a clean, user-first design system focused on clarity, consistency, and real-world flexibility. It’s built on a foundation of reusable page templates, component libraries, and interactive styling that make it easy to roll out seasonal promotions, personalize by location, and support in-store options like BOPIS. Because it lives on Salesforce’s headless commerce platform, everything, from navigation to checkout flows, is seamless and adaptable, giving retailers the agility they need to move fast and grow smarter.
